Administrative Assistant

Fuse Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential financial, administrative, and clerical support to our client's organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable data entry, creating purchase orders, and handling employee expenses.
Our client is an innovative radiopharmaceutical company committed to transforming biotechnology manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial tasks, as well as previous experience in accounts payable, purchase order creation, or related administrative roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry for accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Create and manage purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
- Process, verify, and reconcile invoices to control expenses.
- Assist with other financial and administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide general clerical support to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial tasks.
- Previous experience in accounts payable, purchase order creation, or related administrative roles is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work both from the office and remotely.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with financial software is a plus.
