Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at EG Turramurra. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a critical role in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets through effective leadership and team management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of store strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and store operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with EG Australia's health and safety policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of achieving sales and profit targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, inventory control, and store layout.
