Before and After School Care Coordinator

As a Before and After School Care Coordinator, you will lead our team in Burns Beach WA and support the delivery of our service to provide before and after-school care and vacation care for children in the school we partner with.

  • Leading a team to develop and maintain a fun, safe and compliant program is one of your key responsibilities. You will also be required to create daily plans and organisation of your service's activities.
  • Supervising and supporting a group of primary-aged children, preparing and serving healthy food options, building meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community are some of the other essential tasks you will perform.
  • Nurturing a positive environment for learning, fun and play is crucial in this role as well as forming positive relationships with children, families, and the school community.
  • You will be responsible for supervising and supporting a group of primary-aged children and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to prepare and serve healthy food options for the children in your care.
