About the Role

This leadership position is based at Muswellbrook and involves travel to Cessnock and Singleton to support teaching sections. The successful candidate will coordinate educational programs, mentor and support teaching staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate educational programs and mentor teaching staff to achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • Evaluate and improve educational content and delivery methods to meet industry needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders to ensure training remains relevant.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities and contribute to strategic planning within the automotive area.

Requirements

  • Possess a relevant technical or professional qualification, such as AUR30620 Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in the automotive industry and/or related fields.
  • Show evidence of successful completion of an approved program of teacher education or hold a recognized teaching qualification (AQF Level 5 or higher in VET/Adult Education).
  • Show ability to meet all essential requirements listed in the job description.
