  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead with influence across the School and University, fostering a collegial, inclusive, and high-achieving academic culture;
    • Teach and mentor students to achieve excellence and contribute to advancing the nursing profession;
    • Drive research and innovation through securing competitive grants, leading major projects, and mentoring emerging scholars.

Required Qualifications:

  • A doctoral qualification in a relevant field and comprehensive experience as an academic leader;
  • Registration as a nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
  • Evidence of involvement in, and impact on, the development of their discipline/field;
  • A clear and coherent research program with a strong track record of active, sustained, and productive engagement in high-quality research.
