What We Offer
The successful applicant will be required to manage access control at Armaguard facilities, disseminate security information to branches, assist with security audits, and provide guarding and support services to operational crews. You will work collaboratively with road crew managers and police forces regarding security matters and tend to company assets.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage access control at Armaguard facilities, ensuring the highest level of security at all times;
- Disseminate security information to Armaguard branches, promoting a culture of safety and security throughout the organization;
- Assist with security audits and compliance, ensuring that all security protocols are up-to-date and effective;
- Provide guarding and support services to operational crews, ensuring their safety and well-being;
- Work collaboratively with road crew managers and police forces regarding security matters, resolving any issues that may arise;
Your Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in security or a similar field, with a proven track record of managing access control, disseminating security information, and assisting with security audits;
- A strong understanding of security protocols and procedures, including OH&S and Risk Management principles;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with members of the public and internal stakeholders across all levels;
- Solid computer skills, with the ability to provide written reports on security incidents;
- Proven capacity to operate in a high-pressure environment, requiring acute levels of confidentiality;
- Appropriate credentials: 1AF Security Licence, Category H Firearms Licence, and Driver's Licence;

Salary
$80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
