What does the job look like?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Funds Coordinator to join the Finance team here at Armaguard. Based at Head Office in Essendon Fields, this position is responsible for the maximisation of funding and to ensure the integrity of data submitted by branches. Key areas include:

• Effective interaction with internal and external clients
• Complete daily & weekly reporting and general day to day duties
• Strive to achieve best fit warrant/lodgment forecasts
• Liaison with branches and operational staff

• Prior experience with Administrative background with basic debit and credit experience
• Effective interaction with internal and external clients
• Complete daily and weekly reporting and general day to day duties
• Strive to achieve best fit warrant/lodgement forecasts
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Products - Excel
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
