Capital Works Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Capital Works Program.

This role will be responsible for the effective and efficient planning, programming and management of the City's capital works program.

You will have a strong background in project management, engineering, accounting or business administration and have experience in relevant capital work planning/programming or project management, preferably within Local Government.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.

The successful candidate will have a Degree in a relevant discipline and current unrestricted 'C' class driver's licence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of the City's Capital Works Program
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the program
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize projects
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on program progress
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree and/or experience in project management, engineering, accounting or business administration
  • 5+ years of experience in capital work planning/programming or project management
  • Current unrestricted 'C' class driver's license
