Meaningful Lifestyle Program Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lifestyle Program Coordinator to lead our team in creating engaging programs for residents. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others, promoting connection, engagement, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lifestyle programs to combat boredom, inactivity, and depression among residents.
  • Lead a team of lifestyle assistants and volunteers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Collaborate with service managers to align program goals with resident needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of program evaluations and resident feedback.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Lifestyle & Leisure (Diversional Therapy) or similar qualification.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a lifestyle or personal care role within an aged care environment.
  • First Aid Level II certificate.
  • Highly motivated and engaging personality with a desire to teach and make a difference.
