Job Opportunity

The Australian Submarine Agency offers an exciting career opportunity for a graduate to join our team in the Policy and Corporate Graduate Program. This program is designed to provide graduates with a comprehensive understanding of Australia's nuclear-powered submarine program and its strategic defence objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to critical tasks related to policy, governance, corporate and financial functions;
  • Develop expertise across key areas, including finance, procurement, policy, law, international relations, logistics, project management, business commerce, and human resources;
  • Participate in diverse rotations, gaining experience and exposure to the broader Australian nuclear ecosystem and submarine operations through external rotation opportunities;
  • Work collaboratively with national and international experts, enhancing skills with specialized training and experiential tours.

Requirements:

  • Recent (within the last 5 years) Policy & Corporate graduates;
  • Driven, innovative, and ready to contribute to a project of national significance;
  • Proficiency in finance, procurement, policy, law, international relations, logistics, project management, business commerce, and human resources.
