As a graduate registered nurse, you'll gain hands-on experience while being backed by experienced professionals at all levels. You'll have opportunities to accelerate your career, specialize in areas that inspire you, and enjoy flexibility in a work environment that promotes growth.
Our expert care team will ensure that your experience is exceptional. You'll be part of a busy 64-bed private rehabilitation hospital providing evidence-based rehab for inpatients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
Site-specific streams are available:
- General RN Stream
You'll perform a wide range of activities as a registered nurse, including assessing patients, administering medications, providing wound care, and educating patients and their families about health conditions. You'll collaborate with other healthcare professionals, advocate for your patients, and provide support to patients and their families. You'll continually develop, improve, and promote best evidence-based practice.
Our 12-month program includes full-time or part-time roles (minimum 30 hours/week), paired with an additional Consolidation Year to ensure you're well-prepared to succeed. Benefits include supernumerary time, dedicated support, paid study days, peer networking, and mentorship opportunities.
To be successful, you'll need Australian working rights, completion of a nursing course after June 2025, and availability for a minimum of 30 hours/week on a rotating roster.
