Key Responsibilities- Quality Improvement Plan: Develop and lead the Claro Quality Improvement Plan, outlining activities to deliver improved outcomes for customers.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data and trends on aspects of quality, risk, and safety, and report findings that stimulate continuous improvement.
- Internal Audit: Lead the internal audit function to identify areas for ongoing improvement.
- Compliance Management: Guide improvements in achieving new staff mandatory compliance and maintaining current staff compliance.
- Risk Management: Lead risk management across the business, including maintaining and reviewing the risk register, identifying and escalating risks that arise, and ongoing oversight of IMS (Riskman).
- Compliance Reporting: Provide regular compliance reporting to key stakeholders and contribute to ELT and board reporting.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience and skills in quality services management, including audit.
- Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of and experience in the Community Services sector, including NDIS.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Time Management: Outcome and delivery focused with strong time management skills meeting stakeholder expectations.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Nursing or in a health-related field (Preferred).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- National Police Certificate.
- Current Driver's License.
