About the Role

Claro Employee Services Pty is seeking a highly skilled Quality and Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service quality are delivered, in line with all legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Improvement Plan: Develop and lead the Claro Quality Improvement Plan, outlining activities to deliver improved outcomes for customers.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data and trends on aspects of quality, risk, and safety, and report findings that stimulate continuous improvement.
  • Internal Audit: Lead the internal audit function to identify areas for ongoing improvement.
  • Compliance Management: Guide improvements in achieving new staff mandatory compliance and maintaining current staff compliance.
  • Risk Management: Lead risk management across the business, including maintaining and reviewing the risk register, identifying and escalating risks that arise, and ongoing oversight of IMS (Riskman).
  • Compliance Reporting: Provide regular compliance reporting to key stakeholders and contribute to ELT and board reporting.
Requirements
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience and skills in quality services management, including audit.
  • Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of and experience in the Community Services sector, including NDIS.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Time Management: Outcome and delivery focused with strong time management skills meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Nursing or in a health-related field (Preferred).
Additional Requirements
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • National Police Certificate.
  • Current Driver's License.
