Business Development Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Development Assistant to support our sales and procurement processes. This role will involve preparing sales quotations, coordinating with suppliers and engineers, and supporting logistics tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales quotations and purchase orders.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and engineers on jobsite.

  • Support and coordinate logistics of incoming and outgoing spare parts.

Requirements:

  • Business student with relevant work experience.

  • Ability to operate in a hands-on manner.

  • Quick learner with ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Ability to work autonomously and as a supportive team player.

  • Demonstrate MS Office experience, including Word and Excel.

  • Demonstrate self-initiative and ability to be responsible without much support.

Work Arrangements:

  • Part-time hours: 24 per week.

  • Monday to Friday schedule.

  • Australia work authorization required.

Benefits:
