Personal Injury Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Dust Diseases team, you will be responsible for managing complex personal injury cases and achieving fair outcomes for our clients.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented lawyer to develop their skills and expertise in personal injury law. You will work closely with our Principal Lawyer to manage business needs and deadlines, prioritizing effectively and fostering strong relationships with referrers and external parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex personal injury cases from inception to resolution
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve client goals
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to ensure transparency and progress updates
  • Foster strong relationships with referrers and external parties to grow our practice
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate to 2-3 years post-admission experience in personal injury law
  • Strong legal, commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and 'can-do' attitude
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage conflicting business needs and deadlines
  • Keen interest to specialize in personal injury law
