Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a key member responsible for configuring, optimizing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a suite of digital technology platforms.

This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure platforms are secure, efficient, and aligned with business needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, configure, test, and implement customer and product requirements into platform solutions.
  • Proactively manage platform performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
  • Design and implement front-end, back-end, and platform-specific solutions, including integrations using REST API and LTI protocol.
  • Contribute to operational planning and continuous improvement projects.
About You
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Have at least 3 years' experience administering learning, membership, or CRM platforms.
  • Possess strong technical skills, including REST API, LTI and QTI protocols, and data/file management systems.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
