Yard Hand Job Description

The primary responsibility of a Yard Hand is to oversee and manage the storage yard, ensuring that all vehicles are properly stored and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming vehicles
  • Dispatch vehicles in a timely manner
  • Fitting number plates and refueling vehicles
  • Washing, detailing, and maintaining accurate records of vehicle conditions

Working Environment:

The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team in a prestigious dealership, located in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid driver's license (manual preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
