Cloud Engineering Team Lead

This is a high-profile position where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our cloud-native applications and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in software engineering, with experience writing maintainable, production-grade code in at least one modern language.

You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable and reliable application infrastructure in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

This role requires hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual who can apply CloudOps and SRE fundamentals to real-world systems, including SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, toil reduction, golden signals, and progressive delivery.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and reliable application infrastructure in GCP
  • Build and manage Kubernetes clusters and related infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD
  • Write maintainable, production-grade code in a modern programming language
  • Apply CloudOps and SRE fundamentals to real-world systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues in distributed systems

Requirements:

  • Strong foundation in software engineering
  • Experience writing maintainable, production-grade code in at least one modern language
  • Hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools
  • Understanding of core CloudOps/SRE concepts
  • Solid grasp of networking fundamentals
