Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to manage patient appointments, billing, and administrative tasks on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing patient appointments and scheduling
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to patient inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals and staff to ensure seamless communication
  • Making general, nursing, and allied health appointments as needed
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve outstanding results

Essential Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in office programs and experience with clinical software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluent in written and spoken English language
  • Availability to cover sick leave and annual leave for others
