As a key contributor to this mission, you will play a crucial role in investigating suspected misconduct in areas regulated by ASIC.
- Project manage and contribute to the investigation of suspected misconduct, analyzing large electronic data sets using specific software and drafting compulsory notices.
- Conduct investigative tasks, including collecting and reviewing documents, interviewing witnesses, and providing legal advice on evidence required to prove contraventions.
- Compile briefs of evidence for the CDPP and assist in preparing for and conducting criminal prosecutions.
- Expertise in project management, data analysis, and investigative techniques.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, with the ability to provide legal advice and draft compulsory notices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interview witnesses and compile briefs of evidence.
