Our mission is to provide exceptional data center facilities management.

The Critical Facilities Supervisor oversees the maintenance of our infrastructure in SY6, ensuring minimal disruptions to customers and financial impact. They will ensure adherence to operating procedures and proactively identify and communicate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SITE MANAGEMENT: Ensure timely completion of onsite duties and project progression.
  • PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: Lead a diverse team with varied skills, experience, and opportunities.
  • SITE CAPACITY MANAGEMENT: Supervise overall site capacity, collaborating with internal and external teams.
  • PROJECT/INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT: Plan, coordinate, approve budgets, and implement resources for projects and maintenance within the Data Centre.
  • VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Manage vendors to meet standards, overseeing supplier contracts.
  • TESTING: Ensure correct processes are followed, documentation is complete, and new builds and infrastructure are approved.
  • INCIDENT MANAGEMENT: Communicate and coordinate activities during complex or severe customer-impacting incidents.

A strong understanding of all financials and business acumen is required, focusing on harnessing existing team strengths, ensuring adequate resourcing, and developing frameworks required for the team.

Qualifications and Key Attributes:

  • Electrical/Mechanical or related Trade or Degree Qualifications
  • Technical expertise to work closely with vendors, site engineers, and cross-functional teams
  • Data Center experience and proven understanding of mission-critical environments
  • Strong people management/leadership qualities and experience
