We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of core data platforms, as well as providing essential support to multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage purchasing and invoice payments, including raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers and accounts.
- Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and documents for senior leadership.
- Perform data entry into key systems.
- Organize meetings and events, including scheduling, venue booking, catering, and minute-taking.
- Administer data platforms such as incident reporting, journey management, and in-vehicle monitoring systems.
- Coordinate training courses (e.g., first aid, safe driving), including liaising with training providers and managing attendance records.
- Maintain intranet content and SharePoint files.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including visitor reception and amenities.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote awareness.
- Provide leave coverage for similar roles within the organization.
- Perform other duties as required, aligned with your skills and experience.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 5 years of administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with procurement, budgeting, or project management tools.
- Familiarity with data reporting and monitoring systems.
- Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in internal systems and software.
- Strong understanding of company policies and their operational impact.
