Early Childhood Educator Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of young children.

  • This is a permanent part-time role with 4.5 hours per day on Thursdays and Fridays, with additional hours available through our rostering system.

About the Role

You will be responsible for creating engaging activities that promote children's cognitive, emotional, and physical development. Your passion for education and commitment to providing high-quality care will make you an excellent fit for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  2. Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's well-being
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional educational outcomes

Requirements

  • Australian working rights
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check
  • An ACECQA-recognised Certificate III qualification
  • Completed Child Protection Training and understanding of child-safe practices
  • Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and Regulations (2011)
  • Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
