As a Senior Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience and driving sales to exceed KPIs.

  • Embody the Sephora DNA by showcasing a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience to customers.
  • Drive a selling culture through coaching and development of your team members.
  • Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions with management.
  • Provide effective feedback and consistent communication with the team.
  • Serve as the point of contact for client and cast member matters in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers opportunities to work across various categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.

Requirements
  • Prior retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster to support store needs.
  • Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail to represent the brand.
  • Drive for results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
