Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Offer personalized beauty and skincare consultations to customers.
  2. Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
  3. Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered.
  5. Manage inventory and display merchandise attractively.
  6. Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  7. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role in the cosmetic industry.
  2. A strong passion for beauty and skincare with a keen eye for color and style.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  5. High school diploma or equivalent; beauty certification is a plus.
