About the Role:
">We are seeking an intermediate contracts administrator and estimator who has prior development, class 1 or class 2 experience.
Job Description:
">Day-to-day duties will include preparing tender trade packages, assessing quotations, managing budgets, negotiating with sub-contractors, and analysing risks involved with specific contract terms. The successful candidate will also monitor and prepare detailed reports of cost forecast, cost control, and cash flows, as well as develop, maintain, and update documents and registers relating to the construction programme.

- Prepare tender trade packages for all relevant documents for the project including scope of works, drawings, and specifications etc.">
- Assess quotations, manage budgets, negotiate with sub-contractors, and analyse risks involved with specific contract terms.">
- Monitor and prepare detailed reports of cost forecast, cost control, and cash flows.">
- Develop, maintain, and update documents and registers relating to the construction programme.">
What You Need:
">- ">
- Ideally 3-4 years as a Contracts Administrator or Estimator within the residential building or development sector.">
- Sound knowledge of construction methodologies.">
- Tertiary qualification in project management or construction management will be highly regarded.">
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.">
- Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.">
