Packaging Team Leader Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee our packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and direct a team of packers, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily packaging operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead a team of packers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control, ensuring packaged products meet standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, including inventory levels and packaging statistics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
