Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the packaging operations, ensuring products are packaged efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams in FMCG or dairy food packing businesses.

  • Strong science, engineering or dairy industry diploma level qualification
  • Proven capability in implementing improvements in people safety, food safety and operational excellence
About the Role:

The Production Manager - Packing is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the packaging function, developing and maintaining packaging schedules aligned with production plans and customer requirements.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including staff, customers, and suppliers.

  • Supervise, train, and support packaging staff to foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Evaluate and recommend new packaging equipment, technologies, or materials for process enhancement and sustainability goals
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability
