West Musgrave will be a large scale world-class mine built and operated by world-class people. We are completing the final study phase so that we can build a modern mine site in Western Australia. **About The Role**

**Role Title -** Package Manager - Power

**Roster**: 5:2 Monday to Friday / Flexible. We are keen to speak with you about how you will make this work

**Location**: Flexible, with travel to Adelaide or Perth offices and site as required

**Reporting to**: Director - Design Services

**The Details**

Reporting to the Design Services Director, you support the Project capability required to deliver the West Musgrave project through the final study and construction phases.

Your primary function is to plan, manage and deliver the West Musgrave Hybrid Renewable power system - a critical component of the project and world first in scale and renewable penetration.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Selection of an Independent Power Producer (IPP) to execute the West Musgrave Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
- Assist with the refinement and negotiation of the terms and conditions to ensure a long term, value accretive partnership with the IPP.
- Work alongside the IPP to develop the most value accretive power solution for the WM Project
- Confirm proposed technical, delivery, operation and maintenance solutions for the power solution.
- Identify and implement value accretive opportunities for the power solution including the integration into the West Musgrave operation and redundancy to enable future decarbonisation aspirations.
- Develop and implement all project procedures to track cost, schedule and quality.
- Control and optimise the allocation of resources in respect of engineering, supervision and procurement within the Power package

- Passion for driving change in how we power and decarbonise mining projects.
- Excitement for being at the forefront of large, off-grid renewables.
- Skilled at understanding and articulating key information in a concise manner.
- Can quickly identify threats or opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate or capitalise on these.
- Capable leader and collaborator who can partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and an eye for detail.
- A team player, supportive of team, peers and partners. ability to influence at all levels and develop partnering relationships.
- Prioritisation skills to ensure resources are provided at the right time to the right need.
- Demonstrated construction and commissioning experience in complex projects.
- Involvement in project or operations management with demonstrated ability to plan, communicate and execute all aspects of project scope.
