As an Advisory Solution Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service management and operations management solutions.
This is a hands-on technical consultant position that requires domain expertise with significant real-world enterprise-level experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Support sales teams as a technical and domain expert.
- Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and align our solution with customer needs.
- Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners and colleagues.
- Provide feedback to enhance products and provide additional value.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants.
- Stay current on market analysis and differentiation.
- Support marketing events including executive briefings and conferences.
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience - with a focus on software technologies.
- Deep technical knowledge in cloud, server and network technologies.
- Proficiency with cloud software solutions.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution excellence.
- Skills and experience delivering workshops and education.
