Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Insolvency and Restructuring professional to support businesses through financial distress, drive strategic restructuring plans, and ensure compliance with Australian insolvency laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large portfolio of clients across various industries
  • Provide expert advice on restructuring and insolvency matters
  • Lead insolvency proceedings, including liquidations, receiverships, and voluntary administrations
  • Support and train junior staff
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, legal professionals, and creditors
  • Prepare and present major reports
  • Cash flow forecasting and analysis
  • Independent business reviews and assessments
  • Asset sales and disposal
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Proven experience in insolvency and restructuring
  • Strong knowledge of Australian insolvency legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to develop creative solutions
