Nurse Practitioner: Maternal and Child Health

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled nurse to join our team as a Nurse Practitioner: Maternal and Child Health. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse and midwife to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families and children.
About the Role:
- This role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based care to strengthen parenting capacity and empower families to make informed decisions about their children's health and development.
- The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver health promotion services, including education and information on various aspects of parenting.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted interventions to support vulnerable families and improve child health outcomes.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research projects that aim to enhance maternal and child health services.
Requirements:
- A current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse and a registered midwife.
- A recognised postgraduate qualification in maternal and child health for employment in Victoria.
- A current Victorian driver's licence and Working with Children Check.
