We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to support our sales team in leading a successful sales process.

The Role:

- Assist the sales manager in day-to-day operations of the sales department.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve sales targets and performance goals.
- Ensure that the sales team provides exceptional customer service and maintains a high level of product knowledge.
- Assist in managing inventory and coordinating vehicle deliveries.
- Monitor and analyse sales data to make informed decisions on pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Participate in sales training and development programs for the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist in closing sales deals.
- Uphold standards and policies while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Requirements:

- Passionate about the automotive industry
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Self-motivated and financially driven with a desire and passion to excel at closing every deal
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
- Well presented, professional with an attitude to succeed
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Availability to work late nights and half days as required
- Proven success in a sales environment is highly regarded
