About the Role
This position collaborates with the Learning and Capability team members to uplift the Transport Accident Commission's capability and performance through the design and delivery of contemporary learning programs and interventions.
The Senior Consultant will partner with Divisional Senior Leaders to drive strategically aligned learning and capability investments that enable individual, team and organisational development.
This position will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to co-design and develop learning experiences to ensure they meet the child safe standards.
About the Team
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Capability this role sits within the Learning and Capability Branch in the People, Culture and Engagement division.
You will be joining a collaborative, supportive and outcomes-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Learning & Development programs that align with the Transport Accident Commission's strategic goals.
- Partner with Divisional Senior Leaders to drive learning and capability investments that enable individual, team and organisational development.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to co-design and develop learning experiences that meet the child safe standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Significant experience in the design and implementation of Learning & Development programs.
- Proven experience working with teams to align learning plans and investments to capability strategy and organisational goals.
- Good knowledge of Employee Experience, human-centred design and agile practices.
- Proven project management experience.
- Advanced communication and consulting skills.
