We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality educational programs to our children, while also leading and mentoring a team of Educators.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate and committed team, dedicated to providing the best possible outcomes for our children. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs
  • Collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices
  • Ensuring the safety and inclusivity of all children in our care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Victorian Working with Children Check
