We are seeking two experienced Principal Reporting Consultants to join our Reporting & Insights team in Geelong. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to senior consultants and analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality reports and analytics.
- Develop and implement new analytical solutions to improve business performance and reduce risk.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop reports and analytics to meet those needs.
- Lead the design and development of statistical models and provide authoritative statistical advice to business partners and stakeholders.
- Provide people leadership and mentoring to team members to increase capability and ensure the delivery of defined outputs.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as statistics, business, or computer science, paired with extensive relevant experience.
- Proven ability to lead analytical projects and develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization and analytical tools, including SAS, QlikSense, R, Python, and SQL.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead multiple stakeholder engagement activities.
