Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young learners.

As an educator, you will ignite a love of learning in children, guiding their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices. You will build strong, meaningful relationships with families, ensuring every child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive.

About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality early learning programs that achieve outstanding outcomes for our children.
  • Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, collaborating with centre leadership team.
  • Work closely with community partners to establish strong connections and promote inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
  • Current WA Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
  • Western Australia – Hold active registration with the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia (TRB WA).
