Early Childhood Educator

This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality education and care services to young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and colleagues.
  • Implement and maintain compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and organisational policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Develop and sustain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
  • Contribute actively to the education program in the room and centre team.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • No previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years.
  • A permanent right to work in Australia.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility in availability.
  • Interest in early childhood education.
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Whooping Cough (Pertussis) (or willingness to receive).
