Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global fintech business unit as Head of E-Commerce Finance. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company's fintech strategy, aligning with our growth roadmap. This includes building and scaling a high-performing fintech team, launching and scaling financial products, managing partnerships with banks and PSPs, and ensuring global regulatory compliance.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fintech strategy that drives revenue growth and operational excellence.
  • Lead the design, launch, and scaling of financial products, including payments, lending, and embedded insurance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CEO, executive team, regulators, and strategic partners.
  • Navigate complex regulatory environments, ensuring compliance with EU, US, and AU regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in fintech, payments, or marketplace financial services, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of scaling payments, lending, or insurance products on e-commerce or cross-border platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of global payment systems, credit frameworks, and embedded finance.
  • Experience navigating multi-region regulations (EU, US, AU) and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
