The Role
We're seeking a strategic and hands-on
Head of E-commerce Finance
to lead our global fintech business unit. You will own the end-to-end fintech strategy, including payments, escrow, lending, trade credit, supply chain finance, insurance, and cross-border settlement.
You'll work closely with the CEO and executive team to ensure financial services become a core engine of growth for our platform.
What You'll Do
Define and execute the global fintech strategy aligned with our growth roadmap (SaaS ? Marketplace ? Fintech ecosystem).
Build and scale a high-performing fintech team (product, engineering, risk, compliance, operations).
Lead design, launch, and scaling of financial products including payments, lending, and embedded insurance.
Manage partnerships with banks, PSPs, BNPL providers, and insurers across multiple regions.
Ensure global regulatory and compliance adherence (PSD2, MTL, ACL/AFSL, AML/KYC).
Drive revenue, product adoption, and operational excellence across our financial services offerings.
Who You Are
10+ years in fintech, payments, or marketplace financial services, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience scaling payments, lending, or insurance products on e-commerce or cross-border platforms.
