Training Development Professional

This role involves the creation and implementation of competency-based training programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and managing training programs, a working knowledge of large ERP or Asset Management systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

They should also possess a strong customer focus and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
