Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Professional to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with management and legal teams to identify learning needs, develop engaging content, and evaluate program effectiveness.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy and roadmap that encompasses technical, compliance, professional and corporate learning
  • Identifying learning needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal reviews, and consultation with partners, managers and staff
  • Designing and implementing various developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training material that meet individual and organizational needs
  • Delivering training using a range of methods, including face-to-face, digital, and blended learning, ensuring content is accessible, relevant, and engaging
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry trends and innovation in instructional design and learning methodology
Requirements:

You will be self-motivated, well-organized, and have a genuine passion for training and developing people. Additionally, you will have:

  • A strong background in Learning & Development with knowledge of L&D principles, practices, and frameworks
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and assessing experience in group facilitation
  • Experience with e-learning platforms, including design and development practices
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement ability
  • Good understanding of principles of adult education and learning methodologies
