Director of Digital Transformation

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Strategy and Architecture to lead the transformation of our university's Digital IT landscape. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital future and driving innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement a Digital Experience Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive digital experience strategy that enhances student engagement and retention, aligns with university goals, and drives business outcomes.
- Establish a Strong Business Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Embed an Architectural Practice: Establish a robust architectural practice that ensures the development of scalable, adaptable, and secure solutions that meet current and future needs.
- Manage the Technology Roadmap: Oversee the development and implementation of a technology roadmap that drives innovation, efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Mentor and lead a high-performing team of architects and engineers to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
- Enterprise Architecture Expertise: Proven experience in enterprise architecture frameworks, including TOGAF and Zachman.
- Cloud and Architecture Knowledge: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS) and microservice architecture.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills and exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Digital Transformation and Problem-Solving: Expertise in digital transformation technologies (e.g., AI, Machine Learning) and strong problem-solving abilities.
