As a Junior Operator with our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and contributing to the company's success.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. You will assist, back up, and support various operational activities as needed, helping the team meet deadlines and achieve company objectives efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting and backing up operators in all aspects of the operation
  • Helping with the servicing and maintenance of equipment
  • Taking initiative in your own professional development within the organization
  • Daily inspection of crew (vehicle), servicing of equipment, housekeeping of the caravan and location
  • Performing all assigned tasks with a high degree of accuracy and diligence
  • Ensuring that all recorded and reported data is accurate and current
  • Effectively communicating with customers
  • Reporting all near misses and hazardous situations to the operator/supervisor
  • Assisting in the JHA program
  • Developing skills needed to be familiar with Quality Management
Qualifications
  • Current HR (minimum) truck license
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Crane license preferred but not essential
  • Basic computer skills preferred but not essential
