Metropolitan Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Metropolitan Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team.

This full-time, ongoing position offers a unique opportunity to support the delivery of vital ambulance services across the metropolitan region.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless administrative support to senior leadership and operational teams.

  • Coordinate the Executive Director's calendar, prioritising meetings and appointments efficiently to maximise productivity.
  • Compose and manage correspondence, ensuring sensitive matters are handled with utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Conduct comprehensive research and provide timely, accurate information to support the Executive Director and directorate staff.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
