Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated to support our daily operations and help achieve company objectives efficiently.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

In this role, you'll assist, back up, and support various operational activities as needed, helping the team meet deadlines and contribute to the success of the organization. It's a great chance to develop your skills while being part of a collaborative and driven team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and back up in all aspects of the operation
  • Help with the servicing and maintenance of equipment
  • Take initiative in your own professional development within the organization
  • Daily inspection of crew (vehicle), servicing of equipment, housekeeping of the caravan and location
  • Performing all assigned tasks with a high degree of accuracy and diligence
  • Ensure that all recorded and reported data is accurate and current
  • Effectively communicate with customers
  • To report all near misses and hazardous situations to the /supervisor
  • To assist in the JHA program
  • Develop skills needed to be familiar with Quality Management
Qualifications:
  • Current HR (minimum) truck license
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Crane license preferred but not essential
  • Basic computer skills preferred but not essential
