The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sydney team and take on a customer-facing role, providing proactive support to contractor and supplier clients, delivering product training, and participating in sales and marketing initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, experience in call centre, customer service or sales (0-4 years), and proficiency in MS Office and email applications. You will also require exceptional customer service and communication skills, a desire to progress your career, and excellent presentation skills.
