Supply Chain Optimizer

The Role:

As a Supply Chain Optimizer, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining and enhancing our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for coordinating product distribution, building strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, and ensuring the seamless flow of products while maintaining cost efficiency and high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives and customer demands.
  • Manage procurement, inventory control, and distribution operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement technology-driven solutions to enhance supply chain processes.
  • Lead, train, and develop the logistics and distribution team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or distribution (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with supply chain software and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
