About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the overall corporate operational strategy in line with global and local goals. This will involve contributing to the top-line performance and profit-and-loss (P&L) of the organisation, partnering with all business units to implement strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.

You will lead a small team of SFE, Analytics, and Tender Managers, driving commercial excellence alignment across all divisions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to foster teamwork and achieve business goals.
  • Centralising data to deliver insights that support commercial decisions.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales to optimise targeting and maximise ROI.
  • Improving CRM and aligning reporting with global standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry in commercial excellence strategic and operational leadership roles.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience.
  • Strategic thinking, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Solid analytical skills to interpret data and shape strategy.
  • Sound business acumen, from insights to actionable strategies.
