About the Role

The Senior Technical Solutions Specialist will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing applications to meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, secure, and highly available solutions.

You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our organization, ensuring the efficient operation of our systems and applications. This includes analysing, troubleshooting, and optimising IT operations, as well as developing automation tools to drive incident rates down.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, complex stored procedures, and scripts for data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting
  • Perform system monitoring and performance tuning, ensuring optimal system performance and availability
  • Conduct system analysis and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security
  • Experience in developing automation tools and self-healing applications to drive MTTR down
