Retail Customer Experience Representative

Are you a customer service professional looking for a challenging role in retail?
We are seeking an energetic and resilient individual to join our team as a customer experience representative.
This part-time opportunity offers 20-30 hours of work per week, Monday to Sunday, with some rostered weekend shifts. You will be working on a variety of tasks including managing mystery shopping and auditing jobs nationally, assigning and allocating these jobs based on predefined parameters, and providing support to field teams.
About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mystery shopping and auditing jobs nationally
- Assign and allocate mystery shopping and auditing jobs based on predefined parameters
- Manage field team enquiries and system troubleshooting
Essential Criteria:
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Outgoing and energetic personality with strong communication skills
- Resilient and persistent attitude with basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Previous experience in retail or call centre environment desired
